The Beginning
Established in 2024, GAME DAY SEASONINGS is a company built from one man's desire to enhance the taste of food. Born and raised in Louisiana, its Owner, John Walter, began envisioning a spice business over 12 years ago. From humble origins, deep-rooted in the south, John has also lived in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas before discovering scenic South Carolina.
At times in his life John relied on commissaries and basic food staples for his dietary needs, and ingenuity was often crucial. He served in the U.S. Army and later paid a debt to society, where he enrolled in culinary courses and developed a true passion for flavors. This ultimately led him to create unique spice blends that make even great food more desirable. John continues to pay it forward by qualifying GAME DAY SEASONINGS as a product vendor to supply institutions through Sam.Gov and DeCA.
